 Since 1996,  Starsteps has taught dance to over 1000s talented dance students from Caldwell County and surrounding counties.  Beginning in 2019, Starsteps expanded by opening a brand new Gymnastics facility and has been training young gymnasts since.  The instructors of Starsteps strive to help each student reach their personal best and be a Star. We will continue to teach correct technique, style, and performance skills to some of the best dancers and gymnasts in North Carolina. 

Whether you train in dance or gymnastics for one year or for a lifetime, our goal is for all students to grow in their knowledge of skills and techniques that lead to success.  We help students strengthen their style, grace, rhythm, and coordination in a fun, safe, nurturing environment. Starsteps provides value for you and your child. 

 At the Dance studio, we use standardized Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, and Hip Hop movement and terminology. We teach our students to dance (not follow) with confidence, and to train through appropriate progressions that build courage and belief in themselves.  

At the Gymnastics Center, our instructors are USA Gymnastics certified to teach all Gymnastics areas, as well as tumbling.  

Your child will be proud to be a STAR at Starsteps. Without the wonderful students and parents of Starsteps, we would not exist. Our constant growth is due to your support and requests to provide more diverse, convenient, top quality training.
